Ganyu's best bow is unfortunately far and beyond a 5* bow, Amos Bow.
The Amos Bow DMG increase passive works with her Bloom, which means that animation time is counted into the 0.1s ticks.
This means that Amos Bow increases Bloom DMG by 52% at R1 (40%+12%).
The F2P option is the Prototype Crescent, which increase your ATK by 36% whenever you hit a weak point. This is easily doable (on monsters that have weak points) as Ganyu is a charged shot DPS.
Ganyu's artifacts come in two flavours: one with the Melt build and one with the Freeze build.
The Melt build utilises the Wanderer's Troupe 4PC set, increasing her EM and Charged Shot DMG, which is what Ganyu wants. The Melt build cannot use the Cryo set as Melt builds usually will have either Pyro or no element on the monster.
The Freeze build or the normal build will use the Blizzard Strayer set, providing Ganyu with a 15% Cryo DMG bonus and extra CRIT Rate. This allows Ganyu to easily get at least a 45% CRIT Rate (20% Talent + 20% Set Effect + 5% Base) if not running a Hydro support, or 65% (+20% for frozen monsters) if running a Freeze comp. Additionally, you can run another Cryo unit to gain resonance, gaining another 15% CRIT Rate. This stacks up to a 80% base CRIT rate if monsters are frozen, or 60% if they are not, allowing Ganyu to focus her stats on ATT and CRIT DMG.
